SCREENING
BY ROLE.
Some volunteer roles require a background check. SAFE Net reviews the role and your information before telling you which screening steps apply. You only need to complete a consent form if SAFE Net requests one.
PROFESSIONAL CREDENTIAL REVIEW
Active law enforcement officers, sitting judges, active attorneys, and licensed private investigators may request a review of their current credentials when screening is discretionary. A title or license does not replace a background check required for a particular role.
